Happy New Year! Wish every one of us a healthy year 2012!
What I intended to do in this first post was to revisit a list of my best recipes (do I have the best?). Pondered a while, I already found myself subconsciously sidetrucked. But, I’m happy I did.
As a saying goes, all assets we own are merely zeros in our account, no matter it is cash, stock, a car or even a flat. Because these things could be meaningless if health is not with us. Health is the positive number preceding the zeros.
Let’s keep those zeros meaningful.
In our daily homemade meals, ranging from side dish, main course to soups, noodles and even desserts, I believe there are always rooms to make them light and low-fat. Here are some I did, may I ask you to join me and give a healthy start of 2012?
